Airtech Kinetic Blowers (AKB) deliver a new standard in high-speed, oil-free air compression for demanding industrial and process applications. Powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor (up to 13,500 RPM) with efficiencies comparable to IE4/NEMA Super Premium, the AKB Series achieves flows to 1,000 m³/h (600 CFM) and pressures to 1,000 mbar (14.5 psi). A titanium ultra-dynamic impeller, permanently greased hybrid ball bearings, and a non-contacting design deliver virtually maintenance-free operation. The AKB is available as a standalone blower unit or as the CAKB, a fully integrated plug-and-play system with VFD/PLC, main switch, HMI, sensors, and monitoring built in. The AKB Series supports all major industrial communication protocols with continuously adjustable speed control, making them straightforward to integrate into automated and process-critical environments.

Airtech dry rotary claw pumps use non-contacting, counter-rotating claws to deliver oil-free vacuum and pressure with no internal wear and higher CFM per horsepower than most alternatives. The VCX provides up to 27 in. Hg and 353 CFM, while the PCX delivers 30 psi with the same airflow in a compact, self-contained package. Both models feature integrated silencers, <84 dBA operation, air-cooled design, VFD-compatible inverter-duty motors, and built-in relief and anti-suck back valves. Optional gas-tight and corrosion-resistant linings support specialty gas and chemical applications. With only gearbox oil change every 3,000–5,000 hours, they offer low maintenance and broad installation flexibility.

Airtech rotary vane pumps deliver consistent, pulse-free vacuum and pressure through positive displacement technology engineered for continuous, heavy-duty operation. Rotary vane pumps maintain stable output across the full operating range from startup to maximum vacuum depth. The L-Series reaches vacuum down to 29.9 in. Hg with flows to 460 CFM across 13 sizes, offering deep vacuum capability with integrated oil management for extended service life. The KRF Series delivers oil-free, clean airstream performance in both continuous vacuums (to 20 in. Hg) and pressures (to 10 psig) from a single compact, motor-mounted unit with self-lubricating sliding vanes and minimal maintenance requirements. Both series are air-cooled, available with or without motor in NEMA/IEC flange configurations and built for the demanding continuous-duty cycles found in food processing, healthcare, industrial automation, and general manufacturing.
