Care That Connects

At Airtech, giving back begins with a simple belief: when people need support, small acts of care can carry real weight. Through service, partnership, and shared effort, we try to make life a little brighter for the communities around us.

What Giving Back Means To Us

For us, giving back is about more than checking a box. It is about responding to real needs with compassion, building relationships with trusted community partners, and remembering that every meal, every backpack, and every conversation can matter deeply to the person receiving it.

Help When It’s Needed Most

Some needs are immediate. In 2024, we joined the food insecurity effort with the Rutherford Community Food Pantry, donating 376 pounds of food. In 2025, that effort grew to 388 pounds, extending help to more families in a tangible way.

Investing in What Comes Next

Other efforts focus on what happens after the hard moment has passed. Our focus on youth leadership and education proves that encouragement, preparation, and opportunity can help young people move toward a stronger future.

A Culture of Caring

That same mindset carries into our culture. We value strong relationships, good people, and a team that genuinely cares, because to us, that’s what makes the difference.

Compassion That Makesa Lasting Impact

In 2025, Airtech partnered with Jersey Cares on Winter First Night Kits, assembling 125 backpacks with essential supplies and 32 handmade blankets. Those items were distributed through Covenant House to support unhoused youth on their first night in a shelter, a moment when comfort, dignity, and simple necessities can mean everything.

This is the kind of work that stays with people. It is practical, personal, and grounded in the belief that care should be felt, not just promised.

Opening Doors For The Next Generation

In 2026, Airtech hosted a Job Readiness Workshop for 25 high school students and young adults from Covenant House and Great Oaks Charter School. The session focused on resume building, mock interviews, and exposure to careers in manufacturing, offering guidance that could help someone take a first step toward a new future.

What makes that moment especially meaningful is the continuity behind it. Some workshop participants had previously received First Night Kits, turning one act of support into an ongoing connection built on care, encouragement, and opportunity.
