The PCX255-150 PCX Dry Rotary Claw Pressure Pump delivers pressure to 20.3 psi and flows to 147 CFM. Oil-free, air-cooled, and self-contained with an integrated inlet filter, silencer, and built-in pressure relief valves standard. The PCX delivers high flow at medium pressure without the need to regulate down from higher-pressure compressor technology, in a compact package that requires no water cooling and minimal installation infrastructure. The PCX series reaches up to 30 psi with flows to 353 CFM: oil-free pressure performance suited for pneumatic conveying, aeration, drying, and specialty process applications including 3D printing argon recirculation and oil dehydration. Non-contacting claw produces no internal wear in the compression chamber; gearbox oil changes every 3,000–5,000 hours is the only scheduled maintenance. Inverter-duty rated motors support VFD operation for adjustable output and energy savings. Gas-tight and corrosion-resistant lining options are available for aggressive or specialty gas applications.
