Our 3AV130S-460V model 3AV liquid ring pump achieves vacuum levels down to 29 in. Hg and delivers airflow up to 72 CFM. Engineered for applications requiring deep, dependable vacuum performance, the 3AV130S-460V provides efficient operation over the full vacuum range. It is equipped with IE3/NEMA Premium efficiency, UL Recognized motors for optimal performance and reliability. All 3AV Series pumps feature a variable port design that allows a single stage pump to draw to 29 in. Hg, with flows up to 262 CFM across a variety of power ranges (up to 23.2 HP). A stainless-steel impeller is standard; cast iron or stainless-steel housing options are available to match application and corrosion requirements. VFD compatibility provides flexible speed control and energy savings in variable-demand applications. Like all Airtech liquid ring pumps, the 3AV handles vapor carryoverand corrosive process gases that would damage dry-running vacuum technologies.
